Community Guidelines

The rules that keep Streams, Channels, messages, and creator communities safe.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Our shared standard

StreamVault is a live social platform. Treat people with dignity, respect their privacy and rights, and use the Service lawfully. These rules apply to account names, profiles, Streams, recordings, replays, clips, screen shares, channels, posts, comments, messages, gifts, links, and off-platform conduct that creates a credible risk to the StreamVault community.

Content and conduct we do not allow

Do not post, stream, request, promote, or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation, or sexualized content involving anyone under 18; nudity or sexually explicit content; sexual services; non-consensual intimate imagery; threats; violence; terrorism; dangerous acts; harassment; bullying; hate speech; self-harm encouragement; fraud; scams; phishing; impersonation; deceptive financial or medical advice; unlawful gambling; doxxing; stalking; private-information sharing; spam; malware; copyright abuse; unlawful sales; or attempts to interfere with the Service.

Political discussion, lawful discussion of alcohol or tobacco, and difficult topics are not automatically prohibited, but may not be used to harass, deceive, endanger, or exploit people.

Creator and channel responsibilities

Creators and channel owners must set clear additional rules where appropriate, moderate their spaces in good faith, use StreamVault's host controls responsibly, and promptly report serious safety concerns. Channel rules may be stricter than these Guidelines but may not conflict with them or restrict users' ability to report content to StreamVault.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Use in-app reporting tools to report a user or content. Block users to stop unwanted contact where the block feature is available. You may also contact support@streamvaultapp.com; urgent legal or safety concerns may be sent to legal@streamvaultapp.com.

We review reports and may warn, remove content, limit distribution, suspend or ban an account, remove creator privileges, hold payouts where later enabled, or apply lawful device/IP restrictions. We may preserve evidence and act without prior notice when necessary for safety, law, or platform integrity. See Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals for the process.

Do not misuse safety tools

Do not submit knowingly false reports, coordinate report abuse, retaliate against reporters, or use moderation tools to silence lawful criticism. We may action accounts that abuse these tools.
