Copyright Policy
How to report claimed copyright infringement and submit a counter-notice.

Do not upload, stream, record, replay, clip, share, or otherwise make available material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for obtaining the rights and permissions needed for your content, including music, video, images, screen shares, and clips.
Copyright reports
If you believe material on StreamVault infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@streamvaultapp.com with the subject line Copyright Notice. Include:
- your name, contact information, and relationship to the rights holder;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification and location/URL of the allegedly infringing material;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may remove or restrict access to material, notify the uploader where appropriate, request more information, and preserve evidence. We may terminate repeat infringers or take other action under our Terms and Community Guidelines.
Counter-notices
If we remove your material in response to a copyright report and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, send a counter-notice to legal@streamvaultapp.com with the subject line Copyright Counter-Notice. Include the information needed to identify the removed material, your contact information, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury where applicable, consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your signature. Do not submit a counter-notice unless you have a genuine legal basis.
