Creator Terms
Responsibilities and eligibility requirements for creators and Channel operators.
Effective date: July 1, 2026Eligibility and role
To create or administer a channel, host a Stream, publish creator content, or seek verification, you must be at least 18, maintain an active account, and comply with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You are responsible for your channel, your hosts/moderators, and content you publish or authorize.
Creator responsibilities
Creators must accurately represent themselves and their content; obtain all necessary permissions for people, music, video, images, screen shares, links, and other material; use recording notices honestly; moderate their spaces in good faith; and follow all applicable law. Do not use VP, gifts, ticketed access, referral features, or audience tools to deceive, coerce, manipulate, or defraud users.
Creators may set additional channel rules that are consistent with StreamVault policies. They must not suppress reports, discriminate unlawfully, or retaliate against users who report concerns.
Content, discovery, and platform action
Creator content may be displayed in the creator's channel, public discovery, replay, clip, and other Service surfaces according to the creator's visibility choices and applicable product controls. StreamVault may remove, restrict, or disable content, channels, recordings, and creator tools for safety, policy, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
Earnings and payouts
VP and creator earnings are subject to the Virtual Points and Refund Policy. Withdrawals are not available at launch. If StreamVault later enables payouts, eligibility may require identity/social verification, matching bank-account information, compliance review, and acceptance of supplemental payout terms. Creators are responsible for their own taxes, reporting, and legal obligations relating to their earnings, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.
Ending creator access
You may stop creating at any time, subject to active Stream, recording, and transactional obligations. StreamVault may remove creator status, suspend creator tools, or hold or reverse amounts where lawfully necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, safety concerns, or policy violations. These terms do not guarantee earnings, reach, verification, discovery placement, or payout.
