Recording, Replay, and Clips Policy
How recording notices, replays, clips, exports, and removal requests work.

Some Streams are recorded. When recording is enabled, StreamVault displays a recording indicator or notice before or while you join. The notice is informational; if you do not wish to participate in a recorded Stream, do not join or leave before contributing audio, video, screen share, chat, or other content.
What may be recorded
A recorded Stream may capture participant audio, camera video, screen sharing, chat, reactions, gifts, polls, big-screen activity, and participation/timing information. StreamVault may process these materials to create and host recordings, interactive replays, clips, and exports, operate the Service, moderate content, resolve disputes, and protect users.
Replays, clips, and access
The original host, relevant channel owner, and StreamVault may control access to recordings, replays, and clips, subject to applicable product permissions, moderation, privacy, and legal requirements. Authorized users may create clips or exports using Service features. Public clips and posts may be published outside the original Stream or channel where the user has the necessary rights and the Service permits publication.
Do not create or share a clip that violates another person's privacy, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights. Do not use a clip to harass, exploit, or misrepresent a participant.
Retention and removal requests
Recorded materials may remain available until removed by an authorized host, channel owner, or StreamVault, and may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice. StreamVault may remove or restrict them for policy, safety, legal, privacy, technical, or operational reasons.
If you appear in a replay or clip and believe it violates your rights or these policies, report it in the Service or contact support@streamvaultapp.com. We review the request and may take appropriate action. A removal request is not a guarantee of removal, particularly where continued retention is necessary for legal, safety, fraud, or dispute purposes.
