Safety Center

Practical safety guidance, reporting routes, and help for urgent concerns.

Effective date: July 1, 2026

Stay in control

Use the in-app reporting tools to report harmful content or behaviour and use blocking tools to limit unwanted contact. Do not share passwords, authentication codes, payment information, home address, government IDs, or other sensitive information in public areas or with people you do not trust.

Recorded Streams

Look for the recording notice before you join a Stream. If a Stream is recorded, your audio, video, screen share, chat, reactions, gifts, polls, and participation activity may be captured for replay, clips, and exports. Leave before participating if you do not want to contribute to a recorded Stream.

Young users

StreamVault is for people 13 and older. Creator, verification, and future payout features are for adults 18 and older. Never share sexualized content involving a minor, request it, or engage in grooming. We act on reports of suspected child exploitation and may preserve evidence and report it as required or permitted by law.

Urgent danger

StreamVault is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. For suspected child sexual abuse material, credible threats, terrorism-related content, or serious exploitation, report it in the Service and contact legal@streamvaultapp.com.

Safety enforcement and appeals

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend/ban accounts, and preserve evidence to protect people and the Service. If you receive an enforcement action, see the Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals policy. Appeals must be sent within 60 days to support@streamvaultapp.com.
