Terms of Service

Operator: Svault Holdings LLC ("StreamVault", "we", "us", or "our")

1. Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern access to StreamVault's website, mobile applications, Streams, channels, recordings, replays, clips, posts, comments, direct messages, Virtual Points (VP), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice, Community Guidelines, and any feature terms that apply to you. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with any permission required by applicable law and these Terms. You must be at least 18 to act as a creator, seek verification, submit payout information, or receive a payout.

Provide accurate account information, keep your authentication credentials secure, and do not share or sell your account. You may not impersonate someone else, evade a restriction, create accounts to bypass enforcement, or use the Service unlawfully. You are responsible for activity occurring through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

3. User content and licence

"User Content" includes the text, images, videos, audio, screen shares, streams, recordings, clips, messages, comments, metadata, and other material you submit or make available through the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content. You give StreamVault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, transmit, display, distribute, moderate, secure, create technical copies of, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, improve, protect, and provide the Service and its features. This licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, subject to lawful retention, backups, shared-content integrity, and the rights needed to resolve disputes or enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and releases needed to submit User Content and permit the uses above. Do not submit content that infringes another person's rights or breaches the Community Guidelines. We do not claim ownership of User Content and will not use it in standalone marketing or paid advertising outside the Service without a separate future policy or permission.

4. Streams, recordings, replays, and clips

Some Streams are recorded. A visible recording indicator or notice tells you when a Stream may capture audio, camera video, screen sharing, chat, reactions, gifts, polls, big-screen activity, and participation/timing events for replay, clips, and exports. By joining or contributing to a recorded Stream, you acknowledge the recording notice and grant the limited rights described in the Recording, Replay, and Clips Policy.

Do not record, download, redistribute, or create a clip from another person's content except through available Service features and with the rights needed to do so. StreamVault, the relevant creator/channel owner, and moderators may restrict, remove, or disable access to recordings, replays, clips, and exports for safety, privacy, legal, operational, or policy reasons.

5. Community rules and enforcement

You must follow the Community Guidelines. They prohibit, among other things, harassment, hate or hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, threats, fraud, impersonation, doxxing, spam, copyright abuse, illegal activity, dangerous acts, and attempts to compromise the Service.

We may investigate reports and take action including warnings, content removal, temporary suspension, permanent ban, creator removal, payout hold, and lawful device/IP restrictions. We may act where we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect people, comply with law, preserve evidence, or enforce these Terms. Report content through the in-app reporting tools or contact support@streamvaultapp.com; safety/legal issues may also be sent to legal@streamvaultapp.com.

6. VP, paid access, and payouts

VP is a limited virtual feature for use within StreamVault. VP is not cash, has no monetary value outside the Service, is not a stored-value account, and is not transferable except through supported Service features such as gifts, tips, or ticketed Stream access. VP availability, purchases, gifts, refunds, and restrictions are governed by the Virtual Points and Refund Policy.

At launch, VP purchases are offered on the web through Stripe to eligible US users; no withdrawal or paid-DM feature is offered at launch. Mobile-store availability and payment flows may differ by build, region, and store policy. Creator earnings, verification, and withdrawals are subject to separate Creator Terms and any applicable payout terms when enabled.

7. Third-party services

The Service may integrate third-party services, including payment processing, GIF/media services, communications, live-media infrastructure, storage, error monitoring, and AI features. Their services may have separate terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The Service contains user-generated content and may not always be available, secure, accurate, or free from objectionable material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamVault and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from use of the Service.

9. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update the Service or these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice and request renewed acceptance where required. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access as described above.
