Virtual Points and Refund Policy

VP is a limited virtual feature

Virtual Points (VP) are a limited virtual feature for use only within StreamVault. VP is not cash, a bank account, a security, a gift card, or a stored-value account. Except where StreamVault expressly enables a supported in-Service transaction, VP cannot be sold, exchanged, transferred, redeemed, or withdrawn. Do not buy, sell, or transfer VP outside StreamVault.

Availability and purchases

At launch, eligible US users may purchase VP only through the StreamVault web checkout, processed by Stripe. The mobile apps do not offer a web checkout or paid-DM feature in this launch configuration. Store availability, prices, payment methods, and product packs may change by region, platform, build, or applicable store policy.

You must provide accurate payment information and may use only a payment method you are authorized to use. We may decline, limit, delay, reverse, or cancel a transaction where necessary to prevent fraud, comply with law, correct an error, handle a chargeback, or enforce our policies.

Using VP

VP may be used only for features StreamVault makes available, such as supported gifts, tips, or ticketed Stream access. An in-Service VP transaction may be final once completed, except as stated below or required by law. VP does not guarantee access to a creator, Stream, content, audience, reward, or payout.

Refunds

We consider refund requests for accidental purchases and suspected fraud after reasonable verification. Send a request to support@streamvaultapp.com with the purchase date, transaction/order identifier, account identifier, and reason. We may ask for additional information to verify the request.

We may deny a refund where VP has been used, the request is abusive or fraudulent, the transaction is subject to a chargeback process, or the law does not require a refund. Nothing in this policy limits refunds or remedies required by applicable law. A completed chargeback may result in VP reversal, account restriction, or another lawful action while we investigate.

Creator earnings and withdrawals

Creators may receive VP through supported features, but withdrawals are not available at launch. Do not rely on VP or creator earnings as income, a guaranteed benefit, or a right to cash. If payouts are later enabled, supplemental payout, verification, tax, and bank-account terms will apply.
